Returns are available worldwide.
Depending on your country of origin, you will be able to:
1. Manage it through our partnered courier service (FEDEX / UPS / Correos).
2. Eligible countries:
- Spain: Mainland & Balearic Islands.
- European Countries: Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Cyprus, Croatia, Slovakia, Germany, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Sweden, Poland, Denmark, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, and Ukraine.
- International countries: United Kingdom, USA, Jersey, Australia, and Canada.
3. Ship it on your own:
- Spain: Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
- European Countries: Norway, Iceland, and Switzerland.
- International countries: Australia, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Singapore, and United Arab Emirates.
ONLINE EXCHANGES
Exchanges are ONLY available for the following countries:
- Spain: Mainland & Balearic Islands
- European Countries: Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Cyprus, Croatia, Slovakia, Germany, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Sweden, Poland, Denmark, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, and Ukraine.
- International countries: United Kingdom, Jersey, and USA.

- Poland

- International Countries (United Kingdom, USA, Australia, Canada, and Jersey)

2. Ship on your own: For all the countries that manage their own carrier for the return, the cost depends on the selected shipping company

RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Items purchased from CALASANTA must be returned in perfect and unused condition, free of deterioration, stains, smell or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new.
In order to receive a refund, items must also be returned in their original packaging including all labels and possible items included as part of the packaging, within 14 days of receipt of shipment.
*During special periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, the return and exchange period will be extended from November 25th to January 18th.
Please note: the shipping costs of the initial order will not be refunded.
OUTLETS & POP-UPS POLICY
-> Returns: Items purchased during Pop-ups or in the Outlet Stores will NOT be refunded.
-> Exchanges: Only will be possible on the dates on which the Pop-up or Outlet Store is open.
