Once you complete your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email and our team will start working to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.
If, after the time indicated below for each country, you have not received your order, please contact us at help@calasanta.com, providing your order number, and we will review your case to find a solution as soon as possible.
Calasanta shall not be responsible for delivery errors when the address entered by the customer at checkout does not correspond to the correct delivery address.
During collection drops, Black Friday, and the Christmas period, due to high demand concentrated over a few days, shipments may experience some delays.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify Calasanta by contacting help@calasanta.com.
Cancellations are only available for orders that have not yet been processed.
Calasanta is not responsible for cancellations that could not be processed in time due to the rapid preparation of orders.*

Calasanta will always strive to provide the best possible service for international shipping. However, in exceptional cases beyond our control, an order may be canceled. In such cases, we will notify the customer within 24 business hours and issue a refund using the same payment method.
CUSTOMS
At present, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, United Kingdom, South Korea, United States, Japan, Canada, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and Mexico are the only countries where import duties are covered by Calasanta House S.L.
In all other countries, these duties must be paid by the customer, although we are actively working to expand our tax coverage soon.
